Rental Property Forms

Are you looking for some great rental property forms?

Forms allow a landlord to effectively screen tenants, protect their property and keep their real estate business running smoothly.

Great rental property forms are invaluable and I have honed and improved mine over time to make them very effective for any landlord to use in their real estate investment business.

I put these in the order that you would use them:

Rental Property Analysis - A form used to analyze a rental property's potential before purchasing it. This form looks at income, expenses and also closing costs to help determine if a property will be profitable.

Landlord Checklist - A rental property form that helps keep a landlord completely organized when they are renting out a property. This is a detailed list of every task you need to accomplish, from move-in to move-out and everything in between.

Application For Rental Accommodation - A rental property form used to gather a prospective tenant's personal information including important items like: employment, income, and previous references. A signed application form also allows the landlord to do criminal and credit checks. By far the most important form for tenant screening!

Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement - The Lease Agreement is one of the most important rental property forms as it lays out all of the rules and guidelines for living in your property. Once you've decided on a tenant, you definitely want your lease to be thorough and comprehensive.

Accommodation Inspection Report - A rental property form to use with a new tenant prior to them moving in to your property and again when they leave. Along with pictures, this helps you to know if there were damages made during the tenancy.

**Just a quick FYI that all of these forms are also available in the eBook.  For an individual form you can purchase it directly here but if you'd like all of the forms, it would be more cost effective to buy the eBook.  Thank you!
