I'm Shannon Pineau and I have been a real estate investor and property manager for many years and I have gathered a lot of information along the way.  When I was first starting out, I would have given anything to have a step-by-step to teach me all the steps in the process...  first, just to know what all the steps are!  And second, to explain them all in simple language that a newbie can understand.

Putting good systems and processes in place will give you the confidence to get started and also keep things running smoothly as you acquire and manage more properties.
